Terms and conditions stated below apply to all visitors and clients of https://kuini.io. You are bound by these terms and conditions as long as you engage with kuini.io or with Kuini’s services.

Kuini provides custom software development, technology consultancy, and related digital services for its clients. Actual project scope, features, timelines, and deliverables for each engagement are defined separately in a proposal, quotation, or service agreement. We cannot guarantee that every feature or outcome described on the Site will be identical to
what is delivered, as this depends on the specific requirements and agreement reached with each client.

The user agrees that Kuini may send newsletters regarding the latest news, services, or promotions through email to the user.
Indemnification
The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Kuini harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Kuini’s services.
Links to Other Sites
Any access link to third-party sites is at your own risk. Kuini will not be related to or involved in any such website if the user’s content or data got damaged or lost in connection with a third-party site.
Inaccuracy Information

Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either the client or Kuini. The client may terminate this agreement at any time. However, Kuini may also terminate the agreement with the client without prior notice and will deny access to any client who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.
Payments
All services engaged are subject to payment as per the applicable fee schedule, proposal, or service agreement, which may include one-time, milestone-based, or subscription/retainer payment structures. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as bank transfer, online banking, Visa, or MasterCard. Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or
